Randy Hugh “Huey” Milam, 51, of Winchester died Thursday, May 28, 2015 in his residence. He was born April 16, 1964 in Matheny, WV the son of Ernest and Nancy Rollins Milam. He was married to Jessica Milam for 19 years. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and watching NASCAR. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children, Samantha and Charlie Milam; siblings Paul Milam of Ramey Addition, WV, and Kay Aliff and her husband Randall of Pineville, WV. His father is deceased. A funeral will be held on Monday at 2:00 p.m. in the Phelps Funeral Chapel with the Reverend Mike Mayton officiating. Burial will follow in Shenandoah Memorial Park. Casket bearers will be Kelly Lockhart, Tom Jackson, Eric Vanmeter, Jake Gould, Robert Ridgeway, and Brandon Stanley. Friends will be received from 12-2:00 p.m. prior to the service in the funeral home.
