Norman Lynwood Haley, 55, of Virginia, died Sunday, August 19, 2012 in Augusta Health, Fishersville, VA. He was born December 23, 1956 in Washington, DC the son of Norman Smith and Ann Marlene VonLobstein Haley. Surviving are four daughters, Delores Haley Athey of Warrenton, VA, Tiffany Haley Ernst, Cynthia Haley Bowser and Jennifer Haley-Bowser all of Stephens City; their loving mother, Catherine Haley Becraft; four sisters, Debbie Lamb, Lorelei VanSickel, Christina Rickard, Donna Haley: two brothers, William Haley and Wayne Haley and nine grandchildren. His parents and three brothers, Warren Haley, Curtis Haley and Jeff Goff are all deceased. A funeral service will be Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. in Phelps Funeral Chapel, 311 Hope Drive, Winchester.
