Franklin Samuel “Frank” Rohm, 61, of Harpers Ferry, WV, died Saturday, October 12, 2013 in Winchester Medical Center. He was born September 16, 1952 in Cumberland County, PA the son of Kenneth Gerald and Margaret Clare Frysinger Rohm. He was married to Bonita L. Rohm. Mr. Rohm worked as a quarry truck driver.
