Brooke Elizabeth Nesselrodt Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Brooke Elizabeth Nesselrodt, 21, of Winchester died Friday, January 12, 2018 in her residence. She was born January 20, 1996 in Winchester, the daughter of Aaron and Rhonda Renner Nesselrodt. She graduated from James Wood High School in 2014 and Potomac State University in 2016. Professionally, she worked at Bank of Clarke County as a teller. She enjoyed basketball, the outdoors, and loved spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Brynna Nesselrodt, and her grandparents, Linda Renner of Stephens City, Patsy Simpson and her husband David of Winchester, and David Nesselrodt of Wardensville, WV., and a large extended family. Her maternal grandfather, Douglas Renner preceded her in death. A funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Macedonia United Methodist Church, 1941 Macedonia Church Road, White Post officiated by Reverend Mike Mayton. Interment will be private in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be Aaron Nesselrodt, Travis Nesselrodt, Aaron Orndorff, John Stickley, Stephen Stickley, and Nick Funkhouser. A reception celebrating Brooke's life will follow the burial in North Mountain Volunteer Fire Company 186 Rosenberger Lane, Winchester. Friends will be received Tuesday from 3-5:00 p.m. and 7-9:00 p.m. in Phelps Funeral Chapel 311 Hope Drive Winchester.
